If you want more than a split-second of someone's time, you need something interesting to say and intriguing to look at. Good design can generate interest fast, and hold it long enough to make someone want to engage more with whatever you're offering. This effect? Pure entertainment. |

Are you selling tickets to a performance you'd like me to attend? Then the entertainment starts right now. What kinds of words are you using to pique my interest? Do the images pull me so far into a story that I simply must see more? Does the message stir any emotion in me at all? Whether it's a printed brochure, an email, a magazine ad, good design can take the essence of your brand and make it come alive for the person you're speaking with. It builds anticipation for what you're providing, and adds to the experience. It's simple. Deliver value to your audience and they reward you for it.
